Bread Pudding

Suddenly have an idea to bake after a tired work tonight. As a theraphy to release my tenses on work. Simply use ingredients ready at home and try out a Bread Pudding recipe. Indeed this is a very quick or instand bake as the prepation is less than half an hour! The taste is quite nice but it could be better if I put enough raisins and cinamon. It is very easy and suitable for those look for a quick preparation. You must have a try especially your house have day-old breads!



The texture is in between cake and pudding...





Ingrediants

6 slices day-old bread
2 tablespoon butter, melted
4 eggs,beaten
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
2 cup milk
3/4 cup sugar (I replace it with brown sugar as I prefert the aroma and taste)
1 teaspoon ground cinamon
1 teaspoon vanila extract

Direction:
1)Break bread into small pieces into baking pan. Drizzle melted butter over bread. Sprinkle raisins if desired.
2) Mix eggs, milk,sugar, cinamon and vanila in mixing bowl. Beat well and pour over the bread. Slightly push down bread with folk until it is soaking in the mixtures.
3) Bake in preheated over for 45 minutes.
