'Half Lame'?

I experienced the first injection on my left knee today. Kind of 'cheh kong' (tense) when doctor told me he need to give a shoot on my knee. Just couldn't imagine how could a needle inject into the knee bone. My mind is popping out many many funny pictures, like the needle break during the injection or bla bla bla....haha... While I was indulged in my own imagination...in few minutes times...I could only feel the numbness on my knee and the injection has done. I am told to take the pain killer as the pain might strikes after 6 hours of injection. Erm....so far until now...after the 8 hours of injection...still okay for me if I didn't have any movement. When I try to stand up or have a walk, then I feel a bit pain then. Am I equalling to 'half lame' ??
