When it's no longer a rumor

Announcement on pay cut is finally pass down by department manager yesterday.
All of us indeed has received the message over the weekend but try to whip the devil round the stump.
I believe none of us is willing to hear this but still we forced to accept.
Everyone handles emotion differently. Perhaps it is so called 'EQ'.
Somes show anger.
Somes are discontented but still wimp out to show.
Somes give a wry smile.
Somes still thankful for able to keep their job.
Somes tried cheer up in adversity.
Most of us are discourage and lack of motivation.
I am combination of all.
Regardless of what kind of reaction, again, still we got to have it, willy-nilly.
Just hope that this is final action and nothing worsen going to announce.
