Finally the announcement made, for our Q1 performance. Though we didn't hear what we expected, somehow it is still not a good sign for us. Revenue not meet expectation. Company announced 'restructure' on our GIO. What a nice word to address this action as 'RESTRUCTURE'. This nice word leads to 600 peoples jobless worldwide. What a sad news. Even we are safe this round, somehow none of us is feel happy. Who knows when will be next again? Who can assure it won't happen to us in very near future?
We always heard a Chinese quote '同舟共济'. When company has hard times, we are asked for that. Not to request for increament, not to request for bonus , as long as we can stay together with company to come across the hard times. But what happen now?
We all are certified safe for this quarter. See that? This quarter only! Means it's not over yet.We will still need to come across all these again next quarter. Nothing much we could say. Just pray hard.
