Moist Chocolate Cake

For those chocolate lovers just like me...... ^_^

Chocolate Paste-

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1/2 tsp instant coffee (optional)

1/4 cup castor sugar

1/2 cup hot water

1/4 cup evaporated /fresh milk

pinch of salt

125 butter, softened

1 cup castor sugar

1tsp vanila essence

2 large eggs

--------------------------

1 cup cake flour

1 tsp baking powder

--------------------------

1. Combined all ingredients for chocolate paste, except MILK in a mixing bowl. Hand whisk misture until sugar are fully resolved.

2. Add in milk, stir to mix well. Set aside.

3. Shift cake flour and baking powder together for later use.

4. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until it is light and fluffy. Add vanila essence and continue with egg ( one at a time). Beat until well combined.

5. Gentlely fold in flour mixture, alternate with chocolate paste, for few times until well mix.

6. Pour batter unto cake pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, around temperature 150 degree celcius.

7. Leave it cool before unmould cake.
