I am not a good baker, at least the yield rate still pretty high. * Opps...
But I do enjoy and continue to bake.
Sort like leave everything behind and just to focus on the baking process.
Yes...the successful output could definitely cheers me up for sure...
but I still learn something even the outcome is not up to expectation.
That's learning process...quite similar to life..

Bake this traditional pandan flavor chiffon upon mom's request on Sunday evening, after back from Homedec.
It's a tired day but I still insists to bake..
Not only to fulfill mom's request, but also try to release myself over the hectic week.
Love the taste even though the surface not looks good...
Need further improvement on the temperature setting...
After the Pandan Chiffon, still couldn't stop myself...bake 2 Barley Coffee mini...
I had tried to use Barley for my cake few times...and I realize I not really like the taste...
Too strong the alcohol taste...I think I can only accept it with Barley bake cheese..
Life might not as perfect as we wish,
but it is still beautiful.
Learn to accept the imperfect,
as it's leading us to further improvement.
