My very first Sushi Making

I'm Japanese food's big prop all the times. Though I'm not the raw food's lovers and I only take certain raw stuff, but I'm can crave for japanese dishes all the times. I have my very first try on make my own sushi-sushi rolls at home today. I bought a whole set of Mizkan sushi tool and condiment from Jusco lately and borrow the recipes from BE. Before I get start, I watched the demo in DVD attached together with tools. Look simple but in actual fact it is NOT! Especially on rolling the sushi. Indeed it is quite messy and chaotic during preparation, but it's FUN and worthwhile! After the try, I have more ideas for next round.

I had reap some comments from the very kind testers. Testers commented that my sushi taste is okay, just the rice is not firm enough and the look is a bit 'handicap'. Must noted down and think of how to improve on it. Dearest all my brave and kind testers, really thank you for all the courages and so '挨义气' finish all my sushi. *_*

I wished to take some shoots on my first tries but my C902 just sent to repair lately. No photos share this round. But no worry, as I just can't wait for my next try again until I'm success.Definitely will share again the progress soon. Please be patient ya. >_<

It's fun during the preparation. It's also reminds me when we always prepared for different kind of foods share out together. I miss that times. Maybe we can host some kind of party for gathering too. Or you want to host a class teaching sushi roll?
